Minimum 24-hour prior booking required. 10 km included per ride. Additional km billed at your per-km rate.

Wait & Return Care
$30 add-on fee
Your driver stays close by and brings your child home after they finish. One full hour of waiting.
Emergency Pickups
$40 urgent fee
Same day urgent* transportation. Standard rides require 24-hour booking. Emergency rides bypass this rule.

Wait time
$1/minute
Kidoob provides a 5 minute grace period at pickup. After the first 5 minutes, wait time is billed to ensure smooth scheduling for all families.

We bill at the start of your month. This ensures your child’s spot is always ready and helps you plan your family budget with complete confidence.
Flexible Plans
We know life with little ones changes fast. You can move any ride easily as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before we arrive to help.
Refunds & Credits
Full refunds are ready before your first week, minus a $15 fee. If a trip is done, we can offer account credits for your next ride at our discretion.
